    General Part

These general terms and conditions shall apply exclusively in connection with all our contracts. Conflicting conditions fo the customer or conditions differing from those indicated here cannot be accepted, unless approved of in writing in individual cases. These general terms and conditions, including all possibly existing amendments, are subject to change byAsclepidarium within appropriate notice at any given time.

                       Delivery time

Dispatch of plants can only be made from the beginning of April until the end of September. Exeptions can be made on request depending on weather conditions. Seeds can be send in frost free times.

                        Minimum order quantity

Plants:   20 €

plus postage and packing: Germany 7,- €; EU: 12,- €

Seeds:     10 €

plus postage and packing: Germany 2,- €; EU: 4,- €

All prices quoted are in Euros (Eur) and include 19% Value Added Tax (VAT).

                        Terms of Ordering

Please always indicate the follwing data:

Name and address (in clear block letters)

Names of plants and alternative plants (if the original ones are currently not available)

                        Terms of Payment

Payment needs to be made in advance. Please wait for our invoice! It can be made by one of the following:
- International postal money order
- PayPal account or with a save PayPal payment request
- Bank transfer to our account with:

                        Terms of Delivery

Dispatch outside the EU can only be made on special request!

Delivery can only be made on buyer’s risk and expense.

Delivery will be made without pot or potting soil.

                        Complaints

Complaints have to be turned in written form or be made on the telephone within 8 days after receipt of the goods.

                        Offers

All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Delivery will be made as long as our supply of plants lasts.

                        Reservation of ownership

Until complete settlement of all claims against the customer the delivered goods shall remain the property of Asclepidarium.

                        Place of jurisdiction

Place of fulfillment and place of exclusive jurisdiction for both parties is Ulm, Germany. 

                        Privacy

All personal information of our customers will be treated confidentially. These information shall only be stored and processed to such extent as permitted by the customer and in strict observance of relevant rules and regulations, such as the Federal Data Protection Act or the Information and Communication Service Act. The transfer of such information to third parties who are neither involved in the performance of the contract nor affiliates of Asclepidarium, shall be excluded. Asclepidarium shall be entitled to transfer personal information of the customers to affiliates of Asclepidarium for the purpose of credit checking and credit control as part of a data exchange. Asclepidarium shall also be entitled to transfer personal information to the SCHUFA, the General Credit Protection Agency in Germany.
